We welcome beginners and experienced paddlers alike on our tours!
Before each tour, we’ll go over paddling basics and a quick safety talk to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident on the water.Our paddle routes are easygoing and suitable for all skill levels, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth.

🧢 What to Wear & Bring
We recommend wearing light, athletic clothing that’s comfortable, breathable, and allows for easy movement. Since you’ll be close to the water, it’s a good idea to choose clothing you don’t mind getting a little wet.
For footwear, we suggest water shoes or secure sandals that can get wet—no flip-flops if possible, as they tend to float away!
🛶 What We Provide
We’ve got you covered with everything you need for a safe and comfortable adventure, including:
Bug repellent
Dry bags for your belongings
All required safety equipment:
• Whistles
• Coast Guard-approved life jackets (PFDs)
• Proper lighting for night tours
If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring and use your own Coast Guard-approved life jacket, as long as it’s in good condition.

🌦 Weather Policy
Your safety is always our top priority! Florida weather can change unexpectedly, especially near the coast.
In the event of inclement weather, we may place the tour on a 30-minute weather hold to see if conditions improve.
If conditions remain unsafe after the hold, the tour will be canceled.
For Direct Bookings:
You will receive a full refund or may reschedule for another available tour—your choice.
For Third-Party Bookings (Groupon, Viator, Voucher Redemptions):
In the event of a weather cancellation, you will receive a raincheck (reschedule) only.
No refunds are provided for third-party bookings under any circumstances.
This policy is required by the corporate terms of third-party platforms, and unfortunately, we cannot override it.

While gratuities are never expected, they’re always appreciated!
If you feel your tour and guide made your experience special—especially if you love your photos and videos— feel free to leave a tip. It truly means a lot! -
Yes, our boards have a carrying capacity of 275 lbs. We allow ride alongs with small children if they are under 75lbs.

Our Kayak-Mod Systems combine the freedom of paddleboarding with the comfort and stability of kayaking—giving you the best of both worlds.
Unlike traditional kayaks that keep you sitting low and flat, our elevated seats raise you about 7 inches for a more comfortable, stable ride with better visibility of the glowing water beneath you.
Being slightly higher up gives you a clearer view of the bioluminescence, plus it’s just more relaxed and flexible—allowing you to sit, stretch, or paddle however feels right for you.We get it—some guests feel a little nervous about trying something new, but almost everyone ends up loving it once they’re out there. It’s one of the things that makes our tours truly unique.

🌴 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy (Keeping It Simple!)
We totally get it—life happens! Here’s how we keep things fair for everyone while making sure your adventure stays stress-free.
✅ For Direct Bookings (More Flexible!)
• Reschedules and cancellations are allowed anytime with 48+ hours’ notice.
• Need to reschedule within 48 hours? We’ll do our best to help, but it depends on availability.
• No refunds or reschedules within 24 hours of the tour unless weather cancels the adventure—in that case, you’ll get a full refund or raincheck—your choice!✅ For Groupon & Third-Party Bookings (Less Flexible—It’s a Platform Thing!)
• All third-party reservations (like Groupon vouchers) are final sale once reserved—this is part of their corporate policy, not ours.
• No refunds or reschedules are available through third-party bookings unless we cancel for unsafe weather.
• If we do cancel for weather, you’ll receive a raincheck to come another time.
