CANAVERAL NATIONAL SEASHORE Wildlife Excursion

Come along as we paddle through the National Seashore searching for Dolphins, Manatees, and other Native Florida Wildlife. Explore the mangrove maze as we get an up close view into North America’s most biologically diverse lagoon!

THINGS TO KNOW!

  • Guest can choose from a Traditional SUP or a Kayak Mod

  • All gear is included!  PFD’s, Dry Bags, Bug Repellent, Water, and a light Snack.

  • Be sure to wear Loose athletic clothing or Swim Attire. There is a chance of getting wet!

  • Tours Depart at 9AM, 12PM and 3PM. Please see Schedule for availability.

  • There is an ENTRANCE FEE to enter the National Seashore that is not included in the price of the tour. The fee goes directly to the National Park Service. CLICK HERE for more information about the NPS.

In the heart of the mosquito lagoon, there lies a sanctuary where an abundance of wildlife lives and plays every day! Here you have a high probability of seeing these magnificent animals up close and in their natural habitat. You will learn about the ecology of the area as we go over the facts, myths and legends of our aquatic friends. As we explore the Mangrove Maze you will experience first hand what makes central Florida so unique. After your excursion you will have access to the rest of the park. You can explore the Apollo Visitor Center, or take a short hike to the top of a Timucuan native-American Shell Mound, where you will an elevated view of both the Atlantic and Intercoastal waters. From here you can explore the Eldora state house and get a deeper understanding of what life was like in Florida in the 1800s.

To finish off your day head over to one of the access ramps to Apollo Beach. See the Florida Coastline in its most natural state, free from development. Fishing, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, and sun bathing are all popular options. Here you can disconnect, Relax and get in touch with Old Florida.
